Organic cheese and dairy products

This is the highlight of our organic agriculture. Here the milk of our cows is transformed into a variety of dairy products, including yoghurt, ricotta, fresh cheese and various other cheeses.
“Cheeses are made of milk, meadows, pastures, scents and cellars where they are aged.” (Fabrizio Caramagna) Our cheeses bring to the palate the aroma of Alpine hay, the freshness of the mountain air and a pinch of that unforgettable charm of the Dolomites.

In our small farm shop you can taste and purchase all the variety of our cheeses: young, semi-aged or aged; made with raw or thermised milk; with a pure taste or flavored with herbs, flowers or pine. It is also possible to buy yogurt, ricotta, fresh milk and spreadable cheese (robiola), as well as our homemade desserts.
