Booking conditions and important information

For short stays (less than 4 nights) a surcharge may apply.

Prices do not include the tourist tax of 2.50 euro per person (over 14 years old) per day.

The reservation is considered confirmed only after the payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount of your stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained as cancellation penalty. In case of late arrival, early departure or lower number of guests, the entire booked stay will be charged.

For the final balance we accept cash, credit/debit cards or bank transfer.

Check-in: starting from 3 p.m. If check-in is expected after 21:00, please inform us in advance about your approximate arrival time.
Check-out: till 10 a.m.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Pets are not allowed.
