Breakfast on the Ruances farm features the best of local specialties and adapts perfectly to your personal taste. A cappuccino with a croissant, a glass of fresh milk with a homemade cake or the entire buffet with various desserts, farm yoghurt, muesli, home-made jams, cheeses and cold cuts, accompanied by egg dishes – for a rich breakfast, an essential source of energy for long ski adventures or demanding summer hikes.

Even in the afternoon there is no shortage of reasons to come and visit us. A coffee? Why not. A tasty snack? Just choose one of our homemade desserts. Do you want something savory? We’ll be glad to prepare sandwiches, toasts, but also cheese and/or speck platters. Perhaps paired with a local aperitif, a craft beer or a good glass of South Tyrolean wine.
At dinner our farmhouse takes you to discover the typical flavors of Alta Badia with a small à la carte menu, which changes every day of the week. The protagonists are, without a doubt, the South Tyrolean cuisine and our home-made dairy ingredients. Enjoy them in the intimacy of our stube in front of the crackling fire.
